Zoko

Art Direction   /   Photography

Everyone loves chocolate. Including us. So when it came time to concept our holiday gift for clients, we built a brand of our own and shipped it across the country. Our creative team imagined the Bureau of Cocoa running a tourism campaign for the three districts of Zoko — each with its own distinct chocolate style and inhabitants. We created packaging for each bar driven by the story.

Client: STONE Strategy & Design  /  Role: Art Director

Somehow our passion for chocolate, travel posters, Wes Anderson films and metallic ink became the invented nation of Zoko and its Bureau of Cocoa. We then brought Zoko to life, creating three distinct worlds. The glamorous, French Riviera-inspired River Odonsk district; the bitter, windswept Lumont mountain range and its dark chocolate; and the ancient forest district of Karkala — home to the winged foxwolf, strawberries and wild peppercorn fields.
